BBC NEWS reported that, Extreme weather 'keeps people poor' October 16, 2013 03:04 By Matt McGrath Environment correspondent, BBC News New research suggests that extreme weather events will keep people poor in many parts of the world. The authors argue that where disasters like drought are prevalent, they can be the most important cause of poverty. They say that up to 325 million people will be living in countries highly exposed to natural hazards by 2030. If aid is not used to reduce these risks, the progress made in fighting poverty could disappear. The report has been compiled by the Overseas Development Institute. It examines the relationship between disasters and poverty over the next 20 years, using population projections, climate models and estimations of how governments can cope with extreme events. The report suggests that up to a third of a billion people could be living in the 49 countries most exposed to the full range of natural hazards and climate extremes in...

The BIBLE

Image
The Bible is the greatest Book ever written. Though written about two thousand (2,000) years ago, the content is as relevant as ever. The Bible speaks of the Past, Present and Future. The Archeologists are seeing more evidences, day by day. The Bible contains the mind of God, the state of man, the way of salvation, the doom of sinners, and the happiness of believers....... Its doctrines are holy, its precepts are binding, its histories are true, and its decisions are unchangeable. It contains light to direct you, food to support you, and comfort to cheer you. It is the traveller's map, the pilgrim's staff, the pilot's compass, the soldier's sword, and the Christian's charter. It is a mine of wealth, a paradise of glory, and a river of pleasure. It is given in life, will be opened in the judgement, and will be remembered forever. It involves the highest responsibility, rewards the greatest labor,  and condemns all who trifle with its holy contents. Here Paradi...

No one can fight for God or defend Him. 5. Absolute faith in God. 6. God's provision is always on time. 7. God is not please with the shedding of human's blood- for any reason whatsoever , that was why he subtituted the Son with the Ram. 8. God loves everybody and wants everybody to love one another. 9. It is good to listen and obey God's word. 10. Giving is good. Abraham was ready to give all, consequently he got all the blessing in return.
