CHANGE IS INEVITABLE

The only permanent thing is change. You are in that position for a purpose, to affect people's lives positively. Sooner than later you are changing position. You are writing your history by your day to day activities. Your success is not measure by acquisition of wealth, but by the lives you affected positively. A life of no impact is a life of no value.

Every responsibility has it own liability. Are there somethings you would have done, while you were in a position to do it. Time waits no man. Time is considered to be the enemy of man. A good leader has successors. What are the legacies you are living behind in your present position.

You know yourself better than any one. Can you justify your attitude toward your subject. Before you answer this question, in your imagination swap your position with that of your subordinate. What picture of a leader did you see. You want to agree with me that you've not done enough, this is time to change for better.
If you are better, this is the time to change for the best.
